CIBC Offering 5,000 Bonus Points, $0 Annual Fee with Their CIBC Aventura® Visa* Credit Card

Traveling provides individuals with the chance to see the world with a new perspective. Through the CIBC Aventura Visa* Credit Card, new cardholders can get up to 5,000 bonus points by signing up. 2,500 Aventura Points will be given to people who spend $500 or more during the first 4 months of opening their account.

These points can be towards booking flights, accommodations, vacation packages, or by helping a charitable institution. Aside from these, cardholders can also use their points to shop or pay their respective bills.

An additional 500 Aventura Points may be rewarded to users. However, to be awarded these points, clients will have to complete a series of tasks within 60 days of opening their account. These include providing CIBC with an email address, signing up eStatements, adding an authorized user, and so on.

Cardholders who are interested in multiplying their points can do so by purchasing eligible items such as groceries, gasoline, or by booking a trip. Items bought at grocery stores, gas stations, drugstores, and travel will be given 1 point for every $1 spent. All other spends will garner 1 point for every $2 spent.
