Brex Corporate Credit Card adds JetBlue as New Transfer Partner

Corporate credit card startup Brex announced Tuesday, Sept 24, it has entered into a points transfer partnership with U.S. major airline JetBlue. This will enable Brex cardholders to redeem rewards points for points in JetBlue’s TrueBlue loyalty program and transfer points to JetBlue at a 1-to-1 ratio.

In a press release, the financial company said that the announcement “builds on the continued improvements to Brex Rewards and bolsters its airline transfer platform,” which stands as one of  Brex’s three rewards redemption options.

Brex Corporate Credit Card Partners With JetBlue

The recent partnership marks JetBlue as the seventh transfer partner of Brex, following AeroMexico Club Premier, Air France/KLM Flying Blue, Avianca LifeMiles, Cathay Pacific Asia Miles, Qantas Frequent Flyer, and Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer.

“JetBlue is an innovative and exciting brand and Brex is thrilled to offer access to their valuable TrueBlue loyalty program within the Brex Rewards platform,” said Henrique Dubugras, co-founder and co-CEO of Brex. “JetBlue is one of the most popular airlines among the Brex customer base, with their deep route network in innovation hubs, commitment to free, high-speed wi-fi and friendly customer service. There is a strong alignment between our organizations.”

In the same source, Don Uselmann, JetBlue Vice President Loyalty and Personalization, also shared his delight about the said partnership, saying:

“The Brex offering stands out among corporate credit cards and brings an exciting customer demographic to JetBlue. We’re excited Brex cardholders can now use their rewards points for points transfer into our award-winning TrueBlue loyalty program.”

To celebrate the debut of the points transfer partnership, the fintech company revealed it will be offering free round-trip JetBlue flights to five lucky Brex customers who will redeem the most Brex Points for TrueBlue points between September 24, 2019, and October 24, 2019. Winners of the said promo will be notified on November 2019 and will have the option to bring a friend during the trip.
